Healthy Delicious Blueberry Pancakes (w/oatmeal)

Your colon will thank you for these mouth-watering blueberry pancakes. Makes 8 pancakes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oats finely blended

3 eggs

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp raw honey

1/2 cup blueberries

Blend all ingredients except blueberries. Fold in the blueberries when a smooth consistency of the batter is obtained. With a 1/3 measuring cup, dispense the batter into a heated griddle or frying pan that has been sprayed with olive oil. Flip the pancakes over when numerous bubbles appear. Do not over cook. Serve warm with syrup, honey or desired topping.
