Best Cauliflower Pizza Crust That Will Not Fall Apart

Ingredients:

3 Cups chopped or grated cauliflower

1 1/2 Cups grated Parmesan Cheese

2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grate or chop the rinsed cauliflower. This can be done in a food processor. Place the cauliflower in a frying pan over medium heat and stir to evaporate all the moisture. Do not allow it to brown. When it is dry, allow it to cool then transfer it to a bowl. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix by hand. Gently beat the eggs before adding to the mixture.

Place parchment paper on a pizza pan. Form the mixture into and ball and place it in the center of the pan. Gently pat the mixture forming it into a round shape. Be sure it is evenly distributed. There should be no gaps anywhere. Form a little ridge at the edges of the crust. This mixture makes a medium sized crust.

Place the crust in the oven for about 17 to 20 minutes making sure it isn’t too brown (see video below). When the crust is ready, remove from the oven. Allow it to cool and remove the parchment paper. This comes off easily. Add your sauce and toppings and cheese as desired and place back in the oven for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on it as ovens might vary). Your pizza is now ready to eat. Enjoy!
