BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR-Kristofer Bain
This Contractor, Kristofer Bain of Telos Contracting LLC, was recommended by our broker who had used him before. We found out after the fact that he part ways with his trustworthy partner and started preying on people. His MO is to just demo the property creating more problems and getting more money and then abandoning the job. Please help stop this scammer from doing this to anyone else.
