Cranberry Banana Almond Muffins

cranberry banana almond muffins

Ingredients

3 Cups Almond flour

3 ripe bananas

3 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt or to your taste

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Mash the bananas, then whisk all ingredients until smooth. Fold in dried cranberries. Spray muffin pan and spoon to 3/4 of each. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy
