Ingredients:
2 Ripe bananas
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. in a bowl, mash the bananas, then add all the ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Should only be a couple of minutes. fold in cranberries. Spray muffin pans and fill each almost to the top. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Start checking after 15-20 minutes. ENJOY!
